Konami has announced an "entry level" free-to-play version of its Pro Evolution Soccer series. This free version of the game will come with an exhibition mode with 7 teams available for play (online or offline) and the popular myClub mode. If you are not familiar, myClub is similar to FIFA's Ultimate Team Mode in which you face against other teams (CPU or player controlled) to earn points to build up your squad. The myClub mode will not be limited in any way, meaning you will get the same experience as the full priced game of PES 2016. This is an interesting move, as this is not the first free to play soccer game to come from a major developer. EA tried their hand at this with FIFA World on PC, but never quite had success. The free to play version of PES 2016 is coming to PS4 and PS3, with no mention of an Xbox or PC release at the time.
Unsurprisingly, WB Montreal is looking to hire positions for two AAA projects to expand the DC Universe. Having worked on Batman Arkham Origins, the studio certainly has its feet wet regarding not only a AAA game, but a major brand as well. No word from WB Montreal on exactly what these two games will be.
Oh Ed Boon you're such a tease! Revealing on Twitter today, Boon stated that he will be appearing on the Game Awards 2015 show to showcase the next fighter coming to Mortal Kombat X. So the question remains, Who's Next?
