The Wolf Among Us will be available at retail for the first time on November 4th, on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PS4, PS3, and Playstation Vita.  This will be the debut of The Wolf Among Us on next-gen platforms as well as the Vita.  The Wolf Among Us will ship to retail with all the episodes included, and will also be available for digital download.

Tweaks and polish will be needed for Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number, which could cause the game to miss its 2014 release date.  This comes from the game's official Twitter account, and also states "Your patience is appreciated and will ultimately be rewarded with everything you hoped for and nothing like what you expected."

Players have been patiently waiting for the Big Alpha of the highly anticipated game, Evolve.  Well get ready Halloween weekend, for that is when the Big Alpha is coming.  If you are an Xbox One player, you will have the alpha for a full day before Playstation 4 and PC users.  Xbox One users can sign up for priority access to the beta starting today.  As a special treat, a guaranteed spot in the alpha will be available for anyone who has pre-ordered the game through these participating retailers: GameStop, Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart.  It's not too late to pre-order Evolve and have a spot in the alpha, which also grants you the fourth monster for free, when it is available for download.  The alpha will begin on October 30th for Xbox One players, October 31st for Playstation 4 and PC, and will end for all platforms on November 2nd.

A few titles have been announced for release.

  • Harvest Moon: The Lost Valley will be available for Nintendo 3DS in North America on November 4th, 2014, announced on Natsume's Twitter page.  Pre-orders are available on Natsume's website.
  • Geometry Wars 3: Dimensions will be available in November for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.  The game will arrive first for PS4, PS3, and PC (via Steam) on November 25th, with the Xbox One and Xbox 360 versions available the next day.
  • Capcom has announced the release date for the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy for Nintendo 3DS.  Available in North America on December 9th through the Nintendo eShop, a retail release is not in the works.
